30-Day Return Policy:
- We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions to Return Eligibility:
- Clearance and "As Is" items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Restocking Fee:
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns. This fee covers handling, processing, and restocking expenses.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refund Process:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
