Can I delay my delivery date?
Certainly! You can specify your preferred delivery date in the order notes, and we will do our best to schedule the delivery accordingly. Please keep in mind that while we strive to accommodate your requested date, we cannot provide a guarantee since we rely on an external third-party company for local deliveries.
Is assembly included?
Regrettably, we do not currently offer in-house assembly services. However, each item comes with all the necessary and instructions in the package for you to assemble it yourself. If you prefer to have your furniture professionally assembled, we can connect you with an external service technician for a nominal fee.
RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
Not a problem at all! Every piece of furniture we offer includes a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.
To request a replacement, just send an email to furnify.ca with your order number, a picture of the faulty item, its identification part ID, and a photo of the packaging, and we'll promptly send out any necessary replacements!
